Rates and Deliverables

Rates I charge $27 per hour for web design and graphic design services. I do not offer monthly or retainer fees. Websites are built on platforms like Wix and Squarespace, which have their own separate subscription costs paid directly by the client.

Scheduled weekly or every other week as needed. Face-to-face preferred, remote via FaceTime, Google Meet, or Zoom.

Services

My primary focus is web design — building clean, professional websites that help small businesses get found online and attract customers. I also take on graphic design projects including logos, business cards, and print media.

Deliverables

Fully designed and functioning website or other requested media. Initial sketches, low- and high-fidelity prototypes (links and/or PDFs), and a comprehensive Style Guide documenting colors, fonts, images, and design elements.

Process and Timeline

Each project begins with a consultation to understand your goals, vision, and requirements. From there I research competitor websites and industry standards to build a strong foundation. Early concepts develop through sketches, followed by prototypes to refine layout and user experience. Once direction is finalized, the site is fully built with careful attention to detail and performance.

Timely delivery of client-provided content — including text, images, and branding assets — keeps projects moving and on schedule. Life gets busy and I completely understand that, which is why I'm always happy to offer extensions when needed. If things go quiet I'll reach out to check in and keep things on track. However, if no response is received after multiple attempts, the project will be closed. Should you wish to restart at a later date, a $50 restart fee will apply. A little communication goes a long way — I'm always just a message away!
